I’ve gotten some great feedback about my Avon website. Have you looked at it lately? I’m not asking you directly to make a purchase, but if you know someone who likes Avon products, would you mind passing on the link to them?  I’d really appreciate the business.

I feel like crap this morning.  I did not sleep much at all last night.  I was fighting some horrendously painful heartburn all night long.  I even puked a few times it was so bad.  Ugh.  I did it to myself though when I ate Taco Hell for lunch.  Within half an hour of eating it, I was paying for it.  And I paid for it allllll night long.  I ate some blandy foods for dinner, just cause I was starving and it didn’t help at all.

I slept on the little couch I have for a few hours at one point last night because every time I would lay down, I thought I was dying.  It sucked ass.

And what sucks even more ass is that I have to work 7am to 5pm today, so I don’t even get to rest.  Ugh.

I’ve been totally focused on making money lately. I got the Avon website up and running.  I’ve gotten a lot of great feedback and some orders from it!  I will most likely have more online orders than other orders for this campaign.  Which is fine with me, I’ll still get paid the same.

I went to a meeting tonight, as usual on my Friday evenings when I’m in town.  It was a good meeting.  I need to make a plan for next week.  I’m going to be working 10-11 hours a day so that I can have next Friday off and so I need to figure out when I’ll get to some meetings.  I don’t want to go two weeks without one, ya know?

I’m watching the Yankees game.  At the end of this month, I’m canceling my subscription to MLB.tv because I can’t afford the $19.99 a month.  For now.  Who knows, maybe I can get it again after I start making money somewhere.

I’ve been selling stuff on ebay and working for Gary on those spreadsheets for his customers.  I believe things are going to start getting better financially.  Everything else is falling into place and I’m finding my comfort zones here.  This is the last step and I’ve been praying about it, meditating and journaling.

He was talking about how, for the last several years, it seems he goes through a “pregnancy” wherein he will stick with the program, not gamble and get involved. At the end of the “pregnancy”, his water will break and he goes back out to gamble. I laughed so freaking hard. I told him he needs a hysterectomy and then he can’t get “pregnant” anymore. LOL

I was looking at this website with disposable diapers on it. I know of a few women who are going with cloth diapers. I don’t know how they stomach it, however, I’m sure if I were to have babies, I’d understand. Right?

The Olympics have been keeping me and my insomnia company late at night when I wake up after 11:30pm or midnight. I don’t know what I’m going to do once they are over.

If I’m supposed to get excited about this, I’m failing horribly. I am not a huge golf fan. Actually, I’m not a golf fan AT ALL. Is that bad? I don’t even like miniature golf. Blech.

However, since I’m surrounded by a buttload of golf fans and players, I found a website with tons of golf shoes and other golf stuff.

On a side note, I’ll be posting again tomorrow or the day after about the new venture I’ve started. If you don’t read The Soda Stand, you’ll have to wait until I feel like posting it here.

I saw a website with strollers on it. I guess if I ever have a baby (adopted of course) that will be the place I shop.

I’ve applied at Best Buy for their music department and a cashier position. On their website, you can pick the days you would be available to work and so I chose Tuesday thru Thursday evenings, Saturday all day and Sunday afternoons and evenings (MUST do church on Sunday mornings). I’ve also printed two other applications to fill out and deliver tomorrow after work.

It’s time I get my ass in gear and make some more money outside of the house. In less than two weeks, I’ll be taking Chloe to my mom’s and then I’ll just have Josie to worry about. She’s so much less destructive when she’s the only dog in the house.

I just finished talking to my mom for awhile. It’s good to talk to my mom. I miss her. I can’t wait to see her!

We hung out, went dancing, drank a lot and hung out some more. I was reminded why I left Vegas. Nothing specific happened to make me realize this. It just happened. It was a feeling all the way to my bones. I made the right decision to leave that city. It’s very insidious. While it’ll be great to visit friends and what not, I’m glad Louisville is my home now.

I got home at 2am last night/this morning and was checking out Akavar. It’s a weight loss supplement. I wonder how many of those are on the market?

This picture was taken from my window seat on the way to Vegas.  The clouds were amazing!  It was beautiful.  I got a few more shots on my cell phone camera and will be uploading them later today.

This was the pool I could not enjoy because of not taking a swim suit with me to Vegas and not having the money to go buy one.  Even with a few problems I’m having, I would have gone swimming had I had the opportunity.  It was beautiful!

I’m watching VH-1 Top 20 Countdown. The girl who is hosting this is getting on my nerves for several reasons. Her sunglasses are freakish looking and her earrings are making it worse. Ugh.

I woke up with a stiff neck and it’s kind of hurting when I move it. Ugh. However, I’ll pretty much ignore it as I get ready for church this morning.

After church, I’m going to the grocery store to get a few things to last me the few days I’m here until I go to Vegas. While I’m excited to see my BFFs, I’m not really looking forward to the trip. Is that weird?

I thought to myself, “but…I AM home!” I do not consider Vegas my “home” any longer. It took me about 6 months, but I’ve started to think of this place as my home. It’s where I hang my hat at the end of the day. It’s my sanctuary when I’ve had a bad day.

I miss nothing about Las Vegas the city. I miss my friends something fierce, but I do not miss my job there any longer. I no longer miss living there.

Once again, I was checking out some diet pills online. I don’t know why I do that to myself. It’s not like I’m going to try them. LOL
