It’s been a few weeks (more like 5) that I’ve let myself get totally consumed with the fact my money is running out. Even with this full time job I have, it’s barely getting me by. I’m taking it a day at a time and hoping for the best, ya know?
I just went to balance my checkbook and have started freaking out once again. I have a little bit of money in my checking, but after I deposit my paycheck on Friday and then pay rent, I will have less than $55 in checking and less than $25 in savings. This frightens the shit out of me.
When I was younger, I tried all kinds of weight loss pills that didn’t seem to work. I’m wondering if those will. Maybe I should check them out. When I have money again and when I stop freaking out, that is.
I have not shed a tear over my financial situation in some time and today while balancing my checkbook, I could not see straight I was crying so much. I just need to keep doing what I need to do and doing the next right thing. It will all work out in the end and I will be OK. I do have a small check coming from Boss Lady cause I worked 6.5 hours last week on some projects for her. That will help with the spending money during the week before next payday.
I’m about to go get my car worked on and then come home to get ready for my polygraph. Not that I really have anything to do to get ready for, just want to dress a little more business-y instead of jeans and sneakers when I go downtown for that. Ya know?

Do you like rap and hip hop music? I found this fantastic site that gives you all the information you need to know about your favorite rap artist.
They list the new releases, top albums and artists of the week. How cool is that? What a great way to keep up on your favorite artists.
Rapartists.com also has a forum where you can go in and chat with other rap and hip hop fans about your favorite song, artist, album, etc.
I listen to quite a bit of rap and hip hop. Currently, my two favorites are Lean Like a Cholo by Down (duh) and Low by Flo Rida. Along with loving the song Low, Flo Rida is HAWT. This website gives me all the information I need in order to stalk him keep up with the latest information about him.

I cross the Kentucky River on my way to work and on my way home from work. Last week, when it was really foggy out, I decided to try for a shot of the fog over the river coming up to the bridge.
I took it through the passenger window as I was going 75 over the bridge. LOL You can also see the strap to my fabulous red patent leather bag I got from Ulta a few years ago.

I slept like shit last night. I didn’t get sleepy until about 10pm and then when I went to bed, I tossed and turned and couldn’t fall asleep. Once I did fall asleep, it was fitful and not restful. I woke up at 12:30 and then 2:30 and then 4:00 and then when my alarm went off at 5:45. I feel like ass. I’m not as sore as yesterday, thank God. Yesterday I felt like I had done 30 minutes on the elliptical. I’m thinking it’s because of the combination of climbing stairs at work everytime I leave or enter the office and then bowling on Saturday. Whatever. I’m not as sore today and that’s all I care about!
I used to have life insurance, but I’ve canceled that. A little too late, I might add. It had been set up as automatic payments out of my Wells Fargo checking when I lived in Las Vegas. Well I haven’t deposited money in there very often and I forgot about canceling some of the auto payments thru that account. *le sigh* Just more financial bullshit I need to deal with when I get a better paying job and am more financially secure.
I need to get ready for my appointment with the staffing agency and I’m just sluggish this morning. One of these days I’m going to sleep well for more than one night in a row. I got a great nights sleep Thursday and that was the first time in quite awhile and I haven’t really slept well since then. It makes me stabby.
I’ve suddenly started getting these spam messages about email notifications and undeliverable mail that I haven’t sent. I’m so tired of spam messages. It makes me stabby to have to filter through all of them to get to my real mail. Seems Windows Mail doesn’t want to coorporate. It sends real messages into the spam folder and keeps the spam mail in the regular folder. Grrrr. Makes me want to stop using it and go back to my web based programs in checking my mail. Ugh.
Must.get.ready.now.

I’ll be posting another picture but I decided to break the Silent Sunday thing. I’m not a quiet person. At all. LOL
I’m watching The Legend of Billie Jean. One of Christian Slater’s first movies ever. Such a cute kid!
I found a home design center online that really seems interesting to me. You pay a membership fee to become a member of Directbuy and then you can get furnishings at manufacturers costs. Pretty cool if you ask me.
I’m so bored right now, I’m waiting for my laundry to finish drying so I can fold it. Yeah. That’s how bored I am. Pretty bored, if you ask me.
I had a great day today, although I miss my mom and brother a lot. I hear everyone in my brother’s house is sick today and so mom was eating a little ham dinner by herself. This makes me sad and makes me wish I was there to spend the day with her. I’m sure I’ll see her soon, but I really miss mom right now.
I’m going to go check on the laundry now and see if it’s dry.
